Shipping Process: Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will swiftly follow. At Lily & Ivy, we understand the anticipation of receiving your goodies, and we aim to package and ship your order within 10 business days. Our team, though small, is committed to efficiency. If, for any reason, your order surpasses this timeframe without communication from us, please don't hesitate to contact us through our "Contact Us" page on the website.

Summer Shipping Advisory: During warmer months, we prioritize your product's safety by shipping early in the week to minimize overnight stays in non-temperature controlled facilities. While we strive to maintain the integrity of our products, the heat may cause certain items, like whipped body butter, to lose their whipped consistency. Fear not! A quick stint in the fridge for half an hour will resolidify the product. If, however, you're not satisfied with your order, reach out to us promptly, and we'll rectify the situation.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: Lily & Ivy takes pride in our commitment to being as eco-friendly and low-waste as possible. In our endeavor to reduce environmental impact, your order might arrive in reused packing items, bubble wrap, etc. We repurpose materials received in our supply chain to contribute to a sustainable future. If you lead a zero-waste or low-waste lifestyle, let us know in the notes during checkout, and we'll strive to avoid plastic in your order.

Damaged, Lost, & Stolen Orders: Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it's beyond our control. We're not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft thereafter. If you encounter such issues, email us immediately. We'll work diligently to resolve the problem. In the case of packages sent back due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you once. Reshipping will require you to cover shipping costs. Failure to respond within 3 business days will result in non-reshipment.

Returns & Refunds: Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that products may not suit everyone. Unfortunately, all sales, including custom items, are final. No refunds or returns are allowed. However, if you're unsatisfied with your item(s), contact us promptly. We'll do our utmost to assist you and ensure your happiness.
