1. Initiating an Exchange
If the initial perfume you selected doesn't resonate with you, we invite you to explore our collection further.
2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original perfume.
Please send us tracking so we can keep an eye out for it.
3. Selecting a New Perfume
Once we receive your returned perfume, our team will guide you through our collection to select a new fragrance that may suit you better. Or if you already have one in mind, let us know.
4. Shipping of the New Perfume
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new perfume to you.
Expect your new fragrance to arrive within our standard shipping times.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Timeframe
The Perfume Exchange Policy is applicable for up to 14 days from the date you receive your original perfume.
Condition of the Returned Perfume
The returned perfume must be in it's original packaging & in a resalable condition.
Exchanges are limited to one per customer.
Additional Costs
Customers are responsible for any price difference if they choose a new perfume of higher value.
