Perfume Spray Exchange Policy

At Lily & Ivy, we are committed to ensuring that you love the fragrance experience we offer. We understand that choosing a perfume can be a personal journey, and sometimes the first choice might not be the perfect match. To provide you with the utmost satisfaction, we have crafted our Perfume Exchange Policy.

PERFUME EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Initiating an Exchange
If the initial perfume you selected doesn't resonate with you, we invite you to explore our collection further.

Contact our Customer Service team through the Contact Us Page within 14 days of receiving your original perfume to initiate the exchange process.

2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the original perfume.

Ensure that the perfume is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit back to us. We advise you use the same box & packing we sent it in.

Please send us tracking so we can keep an eye out for it.

3. Selecting a New Perfume
Once we receive your returned perfume, our team will guide you through our collection to select a new fragrance that may suit you better. Or if you already have one in mind, let us know.

You may choose a perfume of equal or lesser value.

4. Shipping of the New Perfume
We will cover the shipping costs for sending the new perfume to you.

Expect your new fragrance to arrive within our standard shipping times.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Timeframe
The Perfume Exchange Policy is applicable for up to 14 days from the date you receive your original perfume.

Condition of the Returned Perfume
The returned perfume must be in it's original packaging & in a resalable condition.

Exchange Limitations:
Exchanges are limited to one per customer.

Additional Costs
Customers are responsible for any price difference if they choose a new perfume of higher value.

2. Provide your order number, the perfume you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
